AeroEmpire (the "App") is provided by Raag Consulting OÜ ("we," "us," "our"), Mustamäe tee 80-11, Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at info@raag.consulting.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hold no personal data of yours to control — we operate no servers and no database. The third-party services described below act on their own account as independent controllers of the data they collect, and their policies govern that data. This policy explains the split in detail.
Nothing. We do not collect, receive, transmit, or sell any personal data about you. Specifically:
The App does talk to three outside services, none of which is ours and none of which receives anything about how you play: Apple's App Store for the purchase itself, RevenueCat for checking that purchase, and Apple's Game Center for achievements. Each is described below.
Everything about your airline is written to files inside the App's own storage on your device. None of it leaves, and deleting the App removes it all.
If you have iCloud Backup switched on, iOS includes the App's saved games in your device backup, as it does for every app. That backup is Apple's, it is encrypted, and it is governed by Apple's terms — we have no access to it and no way to read it.
The App asks for none. There is no request for your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, notifications, or motion data, because nothing in the game needs them.
The globe you spin is drawn from map data bundled inside the App. It is a picture of the world, not a picture of where you are — the App never asks for or receives your location.
The complete list of parties that receive anything at all, and what each one gets:
| Service | What it receives |
|---|---|
| Us | Nothing. We run no servers and receive no data from the App, ever. |
| Apple (App Store) | Your purchase, if you make one. Apple handles the payment and never shares your payment details with us. |
| RevenueCat | A random identifier generated on your device, your App Store receipt, and basic device and app-version information — used to validate and restore the unlock. |
| Apple (Game Center) | Which achievements you have earned, and only if you are signed in to Game Center. Handled inside Apple's own system. |
If you are signed in to Game Center, the App reports the achievements you unlock — twenty-five milestones such as your first country, a hundred routes, or surviving bankruptcy — so they appear on your Game Center profile.
This runs entirely through Apple's own system. The App has no leaderboards, no multiplayer, no chat, and no access to your friends list. Nothing about your Game Center identity is sent to us or to anyone else, and your saved games are never uploaded to it — only the fact that an achievement was earned.
Game Center is entirely optional. Declining or signing out leaves the whole game playable exactly as it is; achievements simply stop being recorded. What Apple does with Game Center data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
AeroEmpire offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. The payment itself is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details — Apple does not share them with us.
We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether that purchase is valid and to restore it. When you buy or restore, RevenueCat receives an identifier the App generates on your device, your App Store transaction receipt, and basic device and app-version information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
That identifier is random and anonymous: the App generates it from random bytes the first time it runs, and it is not derived from your name, your email, your Apple Account, or anything about your device. It is kept in your device's keychain. If you use iCloud Keychain, it follows you to your other devices, which is what lets a purchase made on one of them unlock the game on the rest.
Playing offline is part of the one-time unlock, so the free version asks for a connection before a run. That check is local — the App asks iOS whether a network is available and contacts no server to find out, ours or anyone else's.
Being online changes nothing about what is sent. There is no sync, no cloud save, and no telemetry — your game stays on your device whether you are connected or not.
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. There are no ads, no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links to data-collecting services. If a child plays while signed in to Game Center, that sign-in is Apple's and is governed by the family's Apple Account settings.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, California, or another region with data-protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side for us to act on — but we're happy to confirm that in writing if you ask.
For data held by Apple or RevenueCat, those rights are exercised with them directly, since they determine what they do with it. We have never sold or shared personal data, because we have none to sell.
If a future version of the App changes how it handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above before that version ships. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
